What is Blackcap Builders Collective?

Our employees are artists, builders, and craftspeople who come together to design and build custom homes in the Methow Valley. Our projects are versatile in scope and style: large and small, from rustic to modern. We work with architects and designers to build out their visions as well as designing with homeowners to create unique high quality homes. 

Whether it's new construction, remodel or addition we strive to create comfortable healthy living environments that are energy efficient and blend in with the natural landscape. Aside from using green materials and reclaimed lumber, we believe the best way to conserve our resources is to build high quality homes that will last for generations.
