We pull from our list of favorite tradespeople, each accomplished in his or her own right, on a project to project basis and as schedules allow. All are our friends and individuals we respect for their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and ability to work well in a team setting. We choose our sub-contractors carefully with craftsmanship, cost, and reliability in mind.

"Jim and Jeremy are men of high character and very reliable.  They are intelligent and very good problem solvers.  They did, indeed, build us a house that we are very proud of and they did so on time and under budget."     - John and Barbara
